John R. Noguez was born at Kaiser Hospital in Hollywood, California. John had been raised in the diverse community of Boyle Heights, a small suburb just 3 miles east of Downtown Los Angeles. He now calls the city of Huntington Park home, where he serves on the city council as Mayor.
